Overview

The Sales & Recruitment Coordinator – Europe (specializing in France & Belgium) supports ILAC’s student recruitment and partnership activities in the French market. This role focuses on coordinating day-to-day sales and recruitment efforts, supporting relationships with education agents and partners, and assisting in the execution of regional initiatives to drive student enrollment.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about international education, with strong communication skills and an interest in sales and relationship management.


Please note this position is offered as an independent contractor opportunity. The successful candidate will provide services to our Canadian company as a self-employed professional in their country of residence


This position will be based in Europe.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Recruitment Coordination: Support the execution of regional sales and recruitment plans by coordinating outreach, preparing materials, and assisting with follow-ups to drive student enrollment.


Agent & Partner Support: Assist in managing relationships with education agents and partners, including responding to inquiries, sharing updates on programs, and supporting ongoing engagement activities such as training sessions and meetings.


Student Support: Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure applications are processed accurately and within expected timelines. Assist in reviewing applications and ensuring all required documentation is complete and submitted on time.


Client & Agent Communication: Act as a key point of contact for agent and student inquiries, providing timely and accurate information on programs, admissions processes, and visa requirements.


Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of student recruitment events, including fairs, school visits, webinars, and agent meetings. Assist with travel logistics and scheduling as needed.


Market Research & Reporting: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities. Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing regular reports on recruitment activities and performance.


Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of student applications, agent interactions, and recruitment activities in internal systems and databases.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with internal teams, including Admissions, Marketing, and global Sales teams, to ensure alignment and efficient execution of recruitment activities.


Marketing & Campaign Support: Assist in coordinating local marketing initiatives and recruitment campaigns, including supporting content localization and outreach efforts.


Operational Support: Assist with maintaining agent compliance and good standing, supporting onboarding of new agents, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and quality standards.


Additional Duties: Provide support for student orientation activities when required and assist with other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or international education is preferred.


Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field is preferred.


Industry: Motivated to work in education and student industry; prior exposure to the international education sector is an asset.


Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.


Language Skills: Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.


Organization & Detail Orientation: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.


Travel: Willingness to travel for events and partner visits.
