For our Sales Department, we are seeking a dynamic Sales and Proposal Engineer who will play a key role in shaping winning solutions for our customers. Reporting directly to the Department Manager, the role will support the Sales team in developing accurate estimates and formalizing technical specifications for tenders.


YOUR TASKS

• Design and develop technical layouts and optimized engineering solutions tailored to customer needs

• Prepare high‑quality cost estimates and complete documentation to support competitive proposals

• Analyze and interpret international contracts, providing insights that support both commercial and technical alignment

• Collaborate closely with internal departments throughout the plant construction and project execution phases, ensuring seamless communication and technical coherence


This role offers the opportunity to work at the crossroads of technology, sales, and project strategy contributing directly to the success of complex automation solutions in global markets.


YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable role (Estimator / Sales Engineer), ideally within automotive or aerospace production automation

• Technical university degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics engineering

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (familiarity with SolidWorks or CATIA considered a valuable plus)

• Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher).

• Commercial acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Availability to travel internationally as required by project needs

• A resourceful, flexible, and proactive mindset, with strong problem‑solving skills


Workplace: DURR SYSTEMS ITALY S.p.A. – Beinasco (Turin)

Contract: Full-Time / Permanent contract with the company
