Main Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver weekly and daily sales funnel reports by integrating data from internal systems (CRM, ERP, Wecom, BI tools), external sources (data providers), and dealer networks.
- Prepare and automate advanced reporting on sales, stock levels, deliveries, credits, and invoicing.
- Support the Sales Planning team in producing and sharing reporting to monitor market share, dealer performance, effectiveness of commercial actions, and sales KPIs, targets, and network performance.
- Develop sales forecasts and predictive analyses to support commercial planning and inventory management.
- Support the definition of sales targets at dealership level, monitor performance, and analyze variances.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing) at both national and European levels to optimize information flows.
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas and pivot tables).
- 2–3 years of experience using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical tools (Python or R) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze commercial KPIs, sales performance, margins, and channel performance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong business orientation and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
