For Marelli Electronics Business, we're looking for a Sales Planning & Business Intelligence Specialist.
Responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing the sales plan for the Electronics division, the Sales Planning Specialist supports the achievement of sales targets by forecasting demand, coordinating resources, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing the sales plan for the Electronics division, the Sales Planning Specialist supports the achievement of sales targets by forecasting demand, coordinating resources, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts and planning models based on market analysis, historical sales data, and input from sales and marketing teams.
- Analyze sales results and market trends to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities and report findings to management.
- Coordinate the creation and execution of sales action plans, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure synchronized planning and resource allocation.
- Prepare periodic sales planning presentations, reports, and dashboards for management and key stakeholders.
- Support pricing strategy development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- English proficiency.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency with Excel PPT, and data visualization platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative approach.
