Job Description

Parts and Services EE Fleet Services department is looking for an highly motivated and detail‑oriented Sales Planning and Project analyst to support the planning, coordination, and execution of the following key projects : Mobile Service – Body and collision – Electronic invoice – Fleet Services workshop opening within the Parts and Services EE region.

The role reports to the Fleet Services EE Sales planning manager requires strong analytical capabilities, a structured approach to project management, and the ability to collaborate effectively within multifunctional teams. The selected candidate will work in close alignment with the Project Manager to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones and the optimization of project resources and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and monitoring all phases of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis related to automotive industry trends, performance metrics, and project‑specific indicators to support strategic decision‑making.
• Contribute to budget preparation, tracking, and optimization , ensuring efficient allocation of financial and operational resources.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination , ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement, operations, finance, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong relational leadership , fostering effective communication, positive collaboration, and stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels.
• Support risk identification and mitigation activities to ensure project continuity and successful execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate within multifunctional and multicultural teams .
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within a dynamic project environment.
• Prior exposure to the automotive sector or project management methodologies is considered an asset.
