Responsibilities
- Manage product data, translations, and sales materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support the planning and execution of product launches, range updates, and limited editions, including product presentations, in coordination with cross‑functional teams
- Manage pricing activities through the preparation and maintenance of price lists and customer‑specific plans
- Monitor product performance and support reporting activities in collaboration with Sales teams
- Coordinate, with Operations, order flows, stock allocation, and product availability to ensure smooth execution and minimize leftovers
- Maintain and update master data across systems and customer platforms
- Ensure timely communication and alignment with internal stakeholders and customers
- Support e‑commerce operations, including product content management and online assortment definition
- Collaborate closely with the Italian team and maintain effective communication with the headquarters in Germany
Qualifications
- Experience in the FMCG industry (preferably in the beauty sector), ideally within S&OP or Customer Service functions, is considered a plus
- University degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and planning skills
- Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales
- Proactive and goal‑driven approach, with a strong team spirit, collaborative attitude, positivity, resilience, hands‑on mentality, and flexibility
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (advanced); knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Native or fluent Italian and good English (B2 or higher) for working with local teams and the German headquarters
