We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated

Sales Operations Assistant

to provide operational and administrative support to the Partner Territories ( Middle East, Africa, India , CIS) Sales Operations team. This role will assist with day-to-day activities related to

order management, fulfilment tracking, reorders, claims and customer support , helping to ensure accurate execution and a high level of service to wholesale partners.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in

international markets and export environments , is eager to learn, well organized, and comfortable working with data, systems, and internal processes. Previous exposure to Sales Operations, Customer Service, or Wholesale environments would be considered an advantage

Success in this role requires accuracy, reliability, a collaborative mindset and a positive, can-do attitude when supporting internal stakeholders and wholesale clients.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be Order Management & Fulfilment Support

Support the Prebook order lifecycle by assisting with order checks, confirmations, shipment planning and invoicing follow-up

Monitor order status and flag delays, discrepancies or fulfilment risks to the relevant team members

Assist with shipment planning activities for consolidated and prepayment customers, following guidance from the Sales Operations team

Coordinate with credit, sales, logistics, customs and corporate functions to support the resolution of operational issues

Process and monitor reorders in collaboration with the Sales Team and under the supervision of senior team members

Support the handling of credit notes, claims and related documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Help ensure compliance with company policies, wholesale agreements and internal procedures

Act as a supporting operational contact for wholesale clients and internal stakeholders, escalating topics when appropriate

Contribute to delivering best-in-class customer service to wholesale clients

Systems & Process Support

Use internal systems and tools accurately to support order tracking, reporting and daily operational activities

Support the adoption of new tools, systems and processes by learning and applying standard ways of working

Help maintain accurate data and contribute to basic reporting or follow-up activities

Maintain a positive attitude and work in a collaborative, team-oriented manner

Experience

1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Wholesale Operations, Administration or a related business support role. Internship experience will also be considered

Previous exposure to order fulfilment, customer support, reorders or claims processes would be an advantage

Interest in working within a wholesale, fashion or consumer goods environment

Basic understanding of international markets or export processes would be a plus

Familiarity with ERP systems or willingness to learn; SAP S/4HANA knowledge would be a plus

Technical & Functional Skills

Basic understanding of order-to-cash processes, with willingness to develop further expertise

Good Excel skills and confidence working with data; advanced reporting skills are a plus

Comfortable learning and using digital tools and internal systems

Strong attention to detail when reviewing orders, data and documentation

Curiosity and openness to using new technologies, including AI-enabled tools where relevant

Soft Skills

Good organizational skills and ability to follow priorities and deadlines

Accurate, reliable and willing to learn from feedback

Clear communication skills and confidence interacting with internal stakeholders

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with guidance and support from the team

Team player with a positive mindset and interest in continuous improvement

Languages

Italian: Native or fluent

English: Fluent

Another language would be a plus

Starting base salary equal to €27.000 (full-time). Once the successful candidate is selected, the salary offer will be based on objective and gender-neutral criteria such as experience, skills, responsibilities, and location.

Contractual level: CCNL Commercio – Level 4. Temporary contract 12 months. Expected startind date: December 1st

Meal Vouchers: €8.65/day per worked day of at least 6 hours.
