SALES (Membership Sales, Hybrid / Commission-Based)
The Robin is a global private membership network for leaders across art, fashion, business, culture, and technology. We are expanding our sales team in Milan and looking for driven, well-connected individuals who know how to open doors and close conversations.
This is a hybrid role with a base retainer and performance-based commission. You will work independently, managing your own pipeline of prospective members and converting warm and self-generated leads into signed memberships. There is no ceiling on what you can earn — your results are entirely your own.
You are someone who is genuinely social, well-networked, and comfortable operating in high-end environments. You understand how to build trust quickly, how to read a room, and how to bring someone to a decision without ever making them feel pressured. You believe in what you sell — or you don't sell it.
What you will do: identify and approach prospective members through your existing network and outbound activity, conduct calls and in-person meetings with prospects, guide them through the membership process, and close. You will report directly to the founder and work closely with the wider team on pipeline and strategy.
What you bring: a strong personal network in Milan, Miami or other major global cities, experience in sales, business development, luxury retail, or private hospitality, fluent Italian and English, and the drive to build something.
Based in global with flexibility. Hybrid.
