Recruitment Consultant – Sales & Marketing | Antal International | Milan, Italy

This role will see you working with fast-growing organisations to identify, attract and place commercial, marketing and business development talent.

Your role will include:

• Developing client relationships
• Sourcing and qualifying sales and marketing professionals
• Managing recruitment campaigns from brief to offer
• Building a specialist commercial desk

What we are looking for:

Background in sales, marketing or commercial recruitment, or hands-on experience in a commercial role

• Strong persuasion, negotiation and communication skills
• A results-driven, energetic mindset
• Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers
