Role description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Junior to support our commercial growth in Italy. This role combines sales enablement, marketing execution, and partnership support and is well suited to an early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in an international SaaS environment.

You will collaborate closely with senior management, as well as marketing and product teams, supporting lead generation, outreach activities, campaigns, events, and day-to-day sales operations.

Key requirements

• Professional working proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, to communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Ability to operate as a freelance contractor and issue invoices (Partita IVA required)
• Strong written communication skills
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, international environment
• Proactive and reliable approach to work
• Comfortable engaging with clients and partners in a professional context
• Ability to work independently while following structured processes
• Professional and business-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• Initial experience in sales, marketing, consulting, or a SaaS environment
• Interest in technology, sustainability, ESG, or financial services
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or email automation platforms
• Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles
