Position

Sales & Marketing Executive – Cannavacciuolo Group

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of group strategies, aligning with budget and brand positioning.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, luxury agencies, tour operators, and high‑level stakeholders, proactively developing new contacts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and external agencies to ensure consistent communication, positioning and sales objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities in high‑end hospitality, luxury travel and premium F&B.
  • Assist with planning and running events, site visits, FAM trips and representation activities.
  • Track commercial performance and support analysis of sales data and market trends to identify improvement areas.
  • Use booking tools and CRM for contact management, commercial activities and reporting.
  • Work cross‑functionally with internal departments to maintain an integrated, brand‑consistent, customer‑experience‑focused approach.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of Sales & Marketing experience in high‑end hospitality, luxury hotel industry or premium F&B.
  • Excellent command of Italian and English (a third language is a plus).
  • Familiarity with international hotel standards and commercial processes.
  • Good knowledge of booking tools and CRM systems (experience with Blastness is a plus).
  • Strong orientation to relationships, results and service quality.
  • Proactive, reliable, organized, eager to grow within a structured group.
