My job, Our future

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing support to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will execute various sales and marketing activities in alignment with the annual activity plan approved by management.

Key responsibilities include:

- Online and offline mkt activities and Social Media Support: Assist in the implementation of digital marketing strategies, social media campaigns, and press release initiatives.

- Event Coordination: Aid in organizing events such as educational trips, exhibitions, training sessions, shows, and meetings.

- Data Management: Conduct data entry and analysis, with a focus on retail data to inform decision-making.

- Training Support: Collaborate with the Product Manager to organize training sessions, including document preparation and scheduling.

- Sales Documentation: Manage updates to price lists and other essential sales documents.

- Business Intelligence Reporting: Perform business intelligence activities, including generating BW reports for management.

The Sales & Marketing support will provide support to team members in document production and data management related to sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the department.

Skills & Requirements

Required Skills:

- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint (and Power BI).

- Strong knowledge of economics and marketing principles.

- Proficiency in English (and French), both spoken and written.
