Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets in Italy
- Identify, recruit, and manage distributors, installers, EPCs, and strategic partners within the solar and energy storage industry
- Expand SAJ’s market presence and strengthen brand awareness in the Italian renewable energy market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners
- Drive sales activities for residential and commercial solar inverter and energy storage solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct commercial negotiations, manage contracts, and support partner onboarding
- Collaborate closely with technical support, product management, marketing, and headquarters teams
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular market feedback
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, roadshows, and industry events
- Support channel partners with product training and business development initiatives
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partner success
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of sales or channel development experience in the solar PV, energy storage, or renewable energy industry
- Strong understanding of the Italian solar and energy storage market
- Existing network with distributors, installers, EPCs, or industry stakeholders is highly preferred
- Proven track record in channel sales and achieving business growth targets
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Willingness to travel across Italy as required
