Business Development Manager – Modular Building Solutions
My client is a global leader in modular building solutions, specializing in Blast Resistant Buildings and Technical Modular Buildings for both sale and rental. Their products serve high-risk and industrial environments, with a strong focus on safety, durability, and compliance.
They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Sales & Marketing team. The role will focus on expanding market presence in Occupied Modular Buildings as Equipment Shelters , e-houses and battery energy storage infrastructure while also supporting the growth of their rental fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across energy, petrochemical, and industrial sectors
- Build and manage a pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship development
- Deliver tailored solutions through consultative selling
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
QHSE Responsibilities:
- Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant QHSE standards and controls
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in modular buildings or industrial sectors
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
