Overview

For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB) we are seeking a committed and proactive Sales Manager Service Division, worldwide leader in reciprocating compressors, with technical and commercial experience in service/aftermarket of mechanical machinery (preferably rotating equipment). The position is part of the Service Division with the objective to push and support business development and the growth of the organization with new customers and an expanding service portfolio. The main tasks will be focused on implementing and developing sales objectives and strategies of SERVICE in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing & developing sales objectives and strategies of SERVICE in Italy
• Establish smooth sales working standards and procedures according to BC requirements as well as customers’ requirements
• Oriented to sales to achieve the BC agreed sales budget for the country and for the region
• Marketing activities with EPC, End Customer, Licensee
• Identification of market drives and opportunities
• Identification of competitors
• Evaluation of customer operating condition and customer specification
• Identification of the required scope of supply
• Arrangement of the technical documentation needed to describe the offered scope

Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role and similar markets (preferably reciprocating compressor)
• Bachelor / Master engineering degree
• Full understanding of maintenance / repair jobs
• Knowledge of the SAP (R3 or S/4 HANA) system
• English - business fluent and contractual level in oral and written communication

• Basic understanding of customers resources in industrial B2B markets (Petrochemical, Refinery industry, shipyards and others)
• Willingness for frequent domestic and international business travel

• Previous employment in a reciprocating compressor company is a plus
