Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with prospective clients regularly to understand their needs, both technical and financial.
  2. Gather and share market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  3. Maintain accurate account forecasts and keep CRM and databases updated.
  4. Collaborate with the strategic account team to position LONGi's products as top choices in the residential sector.
  5. Plan and participate in client events, including on-site visits to assess installations.
  6. Leverage product features to meet customer needs and build strong relationships.
  7. Propose innovative solutions to meet evolving client requirements and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in managing complex contractual negotiations within the PV sector.
  • Proven skills in value-based selling and account development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills in Italian and English.
