Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients regularly to understand their needs, both technical and financial.
- Gather and share market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate account forecasts and keep CRM and databases updated.
- Collaborate with the strategic account team to position LONGi's products as top choices in the residential sector.
- Plan and participate in client events, including on-site visits to assess installations.
- Leverage product features to meet customer needs and build strong relationships.
- Propose innovative solutions to meet evolving client requirements and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in managing complex contractual negotiations within the PV sector.
- Proven skills in value-based selling and account development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration.
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English.
