In this role, you will manage and develop a global customer portfolio for PA6 & PA66, act as a champion for specific product lines and markets and contribute to our commercial strategy. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure a coherent market offering and deliver on commercial targets in an evolving environment.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans, including accurate forecasts.
- Grow and manage a portfolio of customers across Southern Europe and export markets.
- Lead contract negotiations, manage pricing targets, and close deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve supply issues and support innovation.
How will you get there
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in chemistry, technology, or business administration.
- At least 10 years of international commercial experience in the chemical industry.
- Proven track record in global sales and relationship management with large accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and multicultural leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, Italian, French) are a plus.
This role can be carried out fully remote from home or located in our facilities in Germany or Italy .
