In this role, you will manage and develop a global customer portfolio for PA6 & PA66, act as a champion for specific product lines and markets and contribute to our commercial strategy. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure a coherent market offering and deliver on commercial targets in an evolving environment.


Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans, including accurate forecasts.
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of customers across Southern Europe and export markets.
  • Lead contract negotiations, manage pricing targets, and close deals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve supply issues and support innovation.


How will you get there

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in chemistry, technology, or business administration.
  • At least 10 years of international commercial experience in the chemical industry.
  • Proven track record in global sales and relationship management with large accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and multicultural leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, Italian, French) are a plus.


This role can be carried out fully remote from home or located in our facilities in Germany or Italy .
