About The Role
As Sales Manager Nutraceuticals at DKSH Italy, you will drive commercial growth by expanding market presence and building lasting partnerships. Your technical expertise and sales acumen will be instrumental in shaping DKSH's position in one of the most dynamic and fast‑growing sectors in the market.
We are happy to consider candidates based in Milan or Mogliano Veneto.
What You Will Deliver
Drive business growth across new and existing Nutraceuticals market segments Deliver accurate forecasts that enable predictable revenue planning and target achievement Own sales performance within your portfolio, balancing growth ambitions with disciplined margin management Cultivate strong, trust‑based relationships with customers and business partners Lead negotiations and close deals that create lasting value for all parties Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to sharpen DKSH's competitive positioning Represent DKSH at key industry events, trade shows, and forums
What You Bring
Bachelor’s in science (e.g., Chemistry, Biology), preferably Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field 3 years of sales experience working with a distributor or manufacturer within the nutraceuticals, food supplements, or food ingredients industry Strong understanding together with an established network in Italy within these industries is highly preferred Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills Results‑driven mindset with excellent time‑management capabilities Fluent in both English and Italian, written and spoken Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software and sales analytics tools
