Sales Manager to join our team at Rinascente (Milano). As a Sales Manager, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store management to meet sales budgets and enhance client experiences.
- Coordinate Front of House (FoH) and Back of House (BoH) activities.
- Serve as a role model for sales staff and brand ambassador.
- If a Key Holder, prioritize client service, meet sales targets, and manage operations.
- Drive sales through excellent service and product knowledge.
- Execute tasks set by management efficiently.
- Support staff in achieving targets and enhance performance.
- Analyze KPIs and develop strategies for improvement.
- Assist with CRM activities and monitor sales trends.
- Provide feedback on sales processes and product displays.
- Coach staff on sales skills and brand knowledge.
- Oversee stock and cash operations as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
- Knowledge of Client Ceremony and its implementation to increase the business.
- Visual and Merchandising technique.
- Stock management methods and techniques.
- CRM methods and procedures.
