Tasks
The role
We are looking for a senior Sales Manager (m / f / d) to lead commercial growth in the UK market.
This is a hands‑on, outcome‑driven role, ideal for an experienced sales leader who wants flexibility while driving real revenue impact. You will work closely with the Founders to build pipeline, convert opportunities, and shape our UK go‑to‑market strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing UK network to open doors with banks, digital lenders, neobanks, and fintech platforms
- Own the full sales cycle : discovery, demo, commercial negotiation, and closing
- Drive POCs, pilots, and early client launches in collaboration with Product and Operations
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to the Founders on UK GTM, pricing, and positioning
- Provide structured market feedback to refine ICPs, value proposition, and sales playbooks
- Represent Prestatech in senior‑level commercial discussions and partnerships
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in fintech or B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record selling complex, regulated solutions to UK financial institutions
- A strong, active personal network across banks, lenders, or credit‑focused fintechs
- Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles
- Commercially sharp, self‑directed, and comfortable with ownership
- Fluent English
