We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth for a portfolio of luxury train journeys designed for the world’s most discerning travelers.


Based in Rome , this role will focus on developing international sales strategies, building strong relationships with high-end travel partners, and positioning luxury rail travel as a premier experiential offering worldwide.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Develop and execute international sales strategies for luxury train experiences
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners
  • Represent the brand at global trade shows and luxury travel events
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning
  • Monitor performance, identify market trends, and drive new business opportunities
  • Ensure an exceptional pre-travel experience for elite clientele


What We’re Looking For:


  • 5–7 years of senior sales experience in luxury hospitality or luxury travel
  • Strong international network within the high-end travel ecosystem
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English and in Italian. Additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Passion for luxury travel, experiential journeys, and storytelling
