We’re now looking for a Sales Manager to join our Sportswear Lifestyle division in Milan.

Role Mission

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening the Lifestyle project within the Sportswear channel driving the brand’s evolution toward a positioning that blends performance and urban lifestyle.

The role defines commercial strategies, open the Lifestyle offer across sports retail partners and ensures alignment between product, market trends, and brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic evolution of the sportswear channel by integrating Lifestyle as a key growth driver.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Define sales plans and channel strategies to grow Lifestyle penetration within the sportswear network.
• Negotiate commercial terms, assortments, and campaigns consistent with brand positioning.
• Monitor key performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, margins, and product rotation) with a specific focus on Lifestyle performance.
• Work closely with Marketing and Merchandising teams to ensure consistency between product, storytelling, and distribution.
• Provide market insights and feedback to influence Lifestyle product development and seasonal collections.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or account management experience in sportswear or fashion industries.
• Strong understanding of the sportswear market and key retail/wholesale players.
• Proven sensitivity to Lifestyle trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strategic mindset, innovative spirit, and passion for sports and fashion.
