Sales Manager / Key Account Manager Europe

To grow our business in Italian market, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager / Key Account Manager Italy to join our expanding regional team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategically plan and implement key sales activities across the European market, actively engaging with customers and managing all sales cycles to achieve business goals.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients in the automotive and metal processing industries, particularly Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering support to deliver efficient, customerspecific automation and machine vision solutions.
• Continuously monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities and proactively address potential risks.
• Support regional marketing initiatives by participating in trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
• Degree education in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Business or related fields.
• At least 5 years of proven outstanding tracks in sales or key account management within the robotics, automation, automotive and relevant industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing large industrial accounts with strong networking, stakeholder, and resource management skills – preferably within the automotive manufacturing, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, or metalworking industries.
• Solid understanding of industrial automation systems and machine vision technologies.
• Fluency in Italian; business-level proficiency in English, and French, or Spanish is highly desirable.
• Willing to travel extensively across Europe.
