What you can expect
The Sales Manager Italy South‑Center will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s business growth by acquiring new customers and further developing the assigned portfolio, with a particular focus on the Fleet sector, leveraging a comprehensive multi‑service approach across the South‑Center Region.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Acquire new corporate customers, primarily medium and large enterprises, with a strong focus on the Fleet sector.
- Identify business opportunities by managing hot leads and proactively building your own pipeline of potential clients.
- Develop and expand the customer portfolio within the assigned geographical area.
- Independently manage the full sales cycle, fostering long-term and trust-based customer relationships.
- Support existing customers with a consultative approach, including delivering tailored insights through customized data analysis.
- Conduct up-selling and cross-selling activities across the full range of DKV products and services.
- Participate in business trade fairs and industry events to strengthen market presence and generate leads.
- Maintain a daily field presence, ensuring close customer contact and deep market understanding.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 5 years), gained within a structured organization, ideally with strong exposure to on‑field sales and new customer acquisition.
- Strong negotiation capabilities when engaging with corporate clients, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.
- A proactive, self‑driven mindset, consistently oriented toward achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent command of MS Office tools (Teams, Excel) and hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Willingness to learn and evolve, especially in the area of AI-driven tools and processes.
- Genuine enthusiasm for field work and availability to travel regularly across the assigned region.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong, solution‑oriented mindset, with the ability to approach challenges calmly and constructively.
- Proactive attitude, eager to actively contribute to the company’s success and take initiative without being prompted.
