BorgWarner Aftermarket Europe GmbH offers an opportunity for an experienced, technically minded individual to join as Sales Manager Aftermarket Italy (m/f/d).
Job Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving defined sales targets within Italy. While developing annual plans within the business unit, the Sales Manager owns the customer strategy and is accountable for the growth, profitability and customer satisfaction of their country.
Key Responsibilities
Continuous support of existing customers and new‑client acquisition in assigned region
Commercial and technical customer support in the field
Handling of requests, offer preparation, contract conclusion negotiationsSecuring of Pricing policy
Market observation, analysis of competition and customers
Delivery of budget value, contribution margin and development of sales
Close collaboration with the Regional Sales Managers as well as cooperation with Customer Service, Product Management team and other internal departments
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of sales experience xlwpduy in Automotive Aftermarket
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Technical understanding is a must
Turnover and margin responsibility
