Sales Manager – Italy & Europe | Consumer Goods Industry

Grafton is partnering with a fast-growing company in the Consumer Goods sector to recruit a Sales Manager for Italy and Europe .

The company is both manufacturer and licensee of its product range, distributed across four main channels :

Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers, and E-commerce ( including Amazon).

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of internal sales professionals focused on Italy and EU markets, as well as a network of field agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate internal and external sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to optimize performance and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop commercial strategies for Distributors, Vending, Wholesalers, Retailers, E-commerce, and Traditional Trade.
• Support market expansion with different strategiest and new channels.
• Collaborate with the CEO to define growth plans and internationalization strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales Management within B2B environments.
• Fluent in Italiano and in English.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Leadership and ability to motivate internal and external teams.
• Availability to work on-site in Pomezia (no remote work).
• Limited travel required.
