For the Italian Subsidiary of a leading multinational Group, we are looking for the
SALES MANAGER - ITALY
He/She will be responsible for leading and supervising all Sales aspects of the business relartive to the products and solutions for Air filtration.
Main Activities and Key Responsabilities:
- Steering the Sales representatives in alignment with the market strategy.
- Leading, coaching, and managing the sales team.
- Development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Negotiation with and acquisition of strategic customers for the company.
- Planning and conducting workshops and sales meetings.
- Monitoring individual employees and their performance indicators.
- Ensuring the achievement of company targets.
- Joint customer visits with sales representatives.
- Development of new markets and customer segments.
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 5+ years experience in a Senior Sales role as a Team Leader.
- Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on mentality with strong business acumen, enterpreneurial mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Open-minded and experienced managing diverse markets and customers.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.
- Excellent Italian (preferibly native) language skills and business fluent English language skills are mandatory. Additional language skills are an advantage.
