The Opportunity:


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to drive our growth in the Italian market. This is a high-impact role where you will be the key architect building their sales strategy from the start, responsible for new market entry and building lasting relationships with major clients and shaping the future of their product line. If you are a results-driven sales professional passionate about clean energy, they want you on their team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Lead PV module sales in your region by crafting and implementing effective strategies to exceed ambitious targets for revenue, cash flow, and new customer acquisition.
  • Drive Market Intelligence: Become our market expert. Systematically gather and analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and regulatory changes to inform our strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cultivate Key Relationships: Build and nurture strong, strategic partnerships with key existing and potential clients. Manage the entire Key Account lifecycle, from high-level executive engagements to meticulous CRM management.
  • Own the Contract Lifecycle: Lead contract negotiations and manage fulfillment and compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving critical issues, coordinating seamlessly with internal teams (Technical, Quality, Legal, Finance) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Champion Product Innovation: Act as the "voice of the customer" by identifying unique product requirements and providing actionable feedback to our Product Development team. Play a key role in new product definition and market validation.


What We're Looking For (Qualifications):


  • Proven track record of success in sales within the utilty or C&I energy storage sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies in a complex, competitive market.
  • Exceptional skills in key account management, contract negotiation, and building C-level relationships.
  • Strong analytical ability to synthesize market intelligence and translate it into a winning strategy.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Technical, Legal, Finance) to solve complex customer issues.
  • A self-starter with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required.
