Guestnet stands for product excellence, speed, and real business impact. To accelerate our growth in Central Europe, we are looking for a Sales Manager Germany to own and scale our German market.

Your Role

As Sales Manager Germany, you will take full ownership of our sales activities in the German hospitality market. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy across Germany. This is a hands-on role with high autonomy and direct impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for the German hospitality market (prospecting → demo → closing)
  • Apply sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or BANT
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos tailored to customer needs
  • Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers (GM, IT, Operations, Marketing)
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and partnerships
  • Provide structured feedback from the market to Product & Leadership
  • Represent Guestnet at industry events, trade fairs, and partner meetings
  • Identify and research target accounts (hotels, resorts, hospitality groups)
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls and product demos
  • Maintain and continuously improve CRM data quality (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive)
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop, validate, and scale repeatable sales playbooks
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on customer interactions
  • Contribute to a high-performing, positive, and collaborative sales culture

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a SaaS environment, ideally within a startup or scale-up
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, scale-up environment
  • Proven experience selling to individual hotels as well as enterprise hotel chains, particularly in the Italian market
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset – you want to build and shape, not just execute
  • Confident navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements
  • Proven track record in closing mid-market or enterprise customers
  • “Can do” attitude and teamwork
  • Deep understanding of consultative sales and solution selling
  • Self-driven, hands-on mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong KPI- and target-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus
