We are looking for a sales manager who, reporting to the Sales Director, will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing and developing relationships with key players in the large-scale retail sector in Italy.
Profile
The ideal candidate is a Sales Manager with over 3 years of experience in the B2B sector, specialized in selling services and solutions tailored to Large-Scale Retail (GDO). Strongly results-oriented, with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the commercial dynamics of the retail industry, both at headquarter and local levels.
Key Skills
- B2B service sales for the retail / GDO sector (marketing, digital solutions, CRM projects, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of GDO channel and market
- Analytical and project management capabilities
- Offer presentation, contract negotiation, and follow-up
- Solid understanding of retail market dynamics
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving
- Teamwork and organizational skills
Workpace :
Milan. Availability to travel throughout the country is required
