We are looking for a sales manager who, reporting to the Sales Director, will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing and developing relationships with key players in the large-scale retail sector in Italy.


Profile


The ideal candidate is a Sales Manager with over 3 years of experience in the B2B sector, specialized in selling services and solutions tailored to Large-Scale Retail (GDO). Strongly results-oriented, with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the commercial dynamics of the retail industry, both at headquarter and local levels.


Key Skills



  • B2B service sales for the retail / GDO sector (marketing, digital solutions, CRM projects, etc.)

  • Deep knowledge of GDO channel and market

  • Analytical and project management capabilities

  • Offer presentation, contract negotiation, and follow-up

  • Solid understanding of retail market dynamics

  • Good knowledge of the English language

  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving

  • Teamwork and organizational skills

Milan. Availability to travel throughout the country is required
