Sales Manager for the Fitness Industry

The Program Director is responsible for lead generation and onboarding new members. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Program Directors should align with Instructors to ensure the highest level of student development and school success.

Essential Duties include:

• Lead generation, management, and follow-up
• Sales procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Benefits include paid time off.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Required: 3 years of sales experience.
