We are currently recruiting a Sales Manager Europe – Transformers

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the business by bringing in a consolidated and active portfolio of customers in the transformers sector across Europe;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging existing relationships within the transformers market;
  • Lead commercial negotiations and prepare technical and economic offers in collaboration with internal technical and production teams;
  • Support technical and contractual discussions with clients and prospects;
  • Monitor commercial performance and provide regular reports to management;
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (quality, logistics, production, engineering) to ensure that customer commitments are met;
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and customer visits across Europe to build and strengthen customer relationships and drive growth;
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to feed EGLA’s strategic development plans;
  • Manage sales KPIs and oversee the sales process through to closing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales or business development roles within the transformers sector, capable of generating immediate business opportunities;
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in other European languages (e.g., Italian, French, German, Spanish) is a plus;
  • Willingness and availability to travel frequently throughout Europe;
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in multidisciplinary and international environments;
  • Proficient with Office tools, CRM systems, and social media;
  • Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.

Location:

  • Europe, preferably home-based in the surroundings of Milan, for connection with HQ;
  • In all cases, frequent travel required.
