- Strategic Focus: This role is created as part of Neurons Lab’s expansion into Europe (or Singapore/APAC), focusing on Financial Services Industry (FSI) clients.
- Market Entry Goal: Build the first wave of direct enterprise relationships in the region, supported by AWS partnerships.
- First‑Mover Advantage: Establish Neurons Lab as a recognized AI partner in FSI by securing lighthouse accounts in Tier 2 banks, insurance, and asset management.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, AI Engineering, and Account Delivery teams to bring tailored AI use cases to market.
- New Revenue Generation: Generate 12+ qualified opportunities per quarter (SQLs).
- Maintain >40 % MQL to SQL conversion rate.
- Achieve average deal size >$50,000.
- Target FSI enterprises matching our ICP ($20 M–$500 M ARR).
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closed‑won.
- Apply MEDDIC methodology for opportunity qualification.
- Achieve >25 % win rate on qualified opportunities (SQLs).
