Joy Project is hiring: Sales Manager / Commercial Project Manager

Joy Project is an Italian company specialized in custom special effects for events, shows and major brands, operating in an international context .

Next year, we will celebrate 30 years of activity .

We don’t sell catalog products: we design tailor-made experiences .

We are looking for a sales professional / commercial project manager able to build strong relationships and develop new business opportunities, while ensuring continuity throughout the project lifecycle.

Main responsibilities

- Business development and new client acquisition

- Relationship management with agencies, brands and event organizers

- Listening to client needs and providing initial creative input

- Acting as a bridge between client, sales and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle

- Collaboration with the technical team to shape proposals and support project delivery

- Managing and developing long-term client relationships

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales or commercial project management (events / services / creative industries preferred)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactive, results-oriented mindset

- Ability to sell ideas, not just prices

- High level of autonomy

- Excellent command of English, written and spoken

- Availability to travel for meetings and events

- Availability to support clients during events or urgent situations, as live productions often take place outside standard office hours
