Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at a prestigious 5-star hotel located in the picturesque area of Boschetto Vecchio (PG). This is a unique opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to lead sales efforts and contribute to the continued success of our luxury property.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive room revenue, group bookings, and event sales.
- Manage relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote packages, seasonal offers, and brand visibility.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently present the hotel’s services and facilities.
- Work closely with the Reservations, Events, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM and hotel sales software is a plus.
- Availability to work on-site and flexibility to travel as needed.
