Blis is looking for an ambitious candidate for the Sales Manager position in Milan. The successful candidate will be based in Milan, report to the Group Head Agency, and manage their own pipeline. Ideal candidates have several years of experience in the mobile market, a strong contact list, and existing agency relationships. They must understand the mobile landscape and leverage omnichannel opportunities to drive sales, source significant new business, build client relationships, and mentor the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Group Head Media Agency to help drive revenue growth opportunities.
  • Leverage existing and new relationships to build a pipeline of opportunity across Blis product set.
  • Convert pipeline and acquire new customers and accounts to achieve realistic targets.
  • Deep relationship building and account management of OMG.
  • Be proactive and input into team strategy and the wider company vision.

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong background in digital or mobile sales and account management.
  • Expert knowledge of mobile and understanding of how mobile is traded.
  • Currently leveraging large budgets from media/mobile agencies.
  • Have a deep contact list and experience to hit the ground running and quickly deliver on high sales targets.
  • A demonstrable understanding of the needs and requirements of digital media buyers.
  • A proven track record of growing a pipeline from scratch.
  • The confidence to present to large and small audiences.
  • A proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Demonstrable self‑starter experience.
  • A commitment to being a team player in a dynamic environment.
