We are seeking a motivated sales professional with a strong background in flooring or building materials to drive business development and manage key accounts in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain customer relationships, managing the full lifecycle of key accounts
Drive market share growth and strengthen brand competitiveness
Achieve quarterly targets for major account development and expand the client base
Deliver sales results, including new client acquisition, revenue growth, and margin protection
Support monitoring of collections and inventory turnover to improve efficiency
Collaborate with HQ and local teams to ensure business execution
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of sales experience in flooring/building materials industry, with strong local market knowledge
Solid understanding of flooring products (materials, processes, compliance standards) and cross-border sales
Skilled in customer development, negotiation, sales data analysis, CRM tools
Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, with experience driving regional sales independently
Results-driven, resilient under pressure, and culturally adaptable
