We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Management Specialist to join our team and support the coordination of our sales operations. This roule will act as the central point of contact between customers, the sales team, and the inventory department. This role involves managing parts orders, processing quotes, tracking shipments, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process customer orders and inquiries
  • Generate quotes, confirm pricing and availability
  • Track shipments and follow up on delivery status with customers
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and inventory updates in systems
  • Collaborate with the sales, service, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Support the Sales Manager with reports, scheduling, and team coordination
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear, timely communication

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, logistics, or sales support role
  • Familiarity with parts or inventory systems (ERP/CRM experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of parts or mechanical equipment is a plus
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), English, and Italian (spoken and written)
