We are expanding our sales leadership to drive growth and build a high-performing sales organization in Italy. The market is evolving, creating opportunities to deepen relationships with existing clients and capture new ones. Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and energize an experienced sales team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and consistent achievement of ambitious targets.
- Develop and expand relationships with our major financial sector clients, with a focus on both the buy-side and sell-side customers.
- Advise customers on the value and ROI of our SaaS solutions, supporting the team in winning new business and growing existing accounts.
- Partner with leadership to shape and execute a growth-oriented sales strategy in the Italian market, contributing to Infront’s European expansion.
You are a results-driven leader with a proven track record in sales management and business development, able to inspire your team to exceed ambitious goals while delivering top results!
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams, driving results through structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC / MEDDPIC) to ensure consistent success.
- Degree in economics, finance, business administration, or a similar field.
- Strong professional background in technology sales (preferably SaaS solutions), with a track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious targets.
- Deep understanding of financial markets and a strong affinity for the financial services industry.
- Exceptional leadership and communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a team while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Track-record of running pipeline and deal reviews, be able to understand conversion ratios and metrics, understand and action on what it takes to create winning proposals and run contract negotiations and close deals.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of balancing long-term growth initiatives with immediate business opportunities.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. Our offices are based in the center of the Financial community Milan, so leaving nearby is again a plus.
