We are looking for an intern to join the Sales Department of the Pharma and Professional BU. The intern will support the Sales Coordinator in operational, analytical, and organizational activities, contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives and the coordination of the sales network, all within a dynamic and stimulating environment.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the commercial team in preparing price lists and sales presentations.
  • Assist in the operational management of the sales agent network, drafting and communicating commercial targets, sharing ad hoc offers, and preparing sales materials and presentations for agents and clients.
  • Support relationships with the sales force and international business partners.
  • Monitor sell-in data and, when needed, perform sell-out data analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of product forecasts.
  • Interact with the marketing department to define materials and campaigns supporting commercial activities.
  • Update the company CRM with activities, contacts, and commercial pipeline.
  • Participate in internal and client meetings, preparing reports and follow-ups.
  • Support order management and coordination with logistics and customer service.
  • Assist in organizing commercial meetings and events.
  • Analyze competitor benchmarks in the comfort/orthopedic footwear segment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Interest in the fashion/footwear sector and the pharmaceutical channel.
  • Interest in sales, customer relationships, and business development.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, proactivity, and result orientation.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Accuracy and strong organizational skills.
