Job Title : Sales & Operations Management Intern - Destination Management Solutions

Type : Temporary (6 months)

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Location : Milan (preferred)


Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Sales & Operations Management Intern to join our Destination Management Solutions team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the growth and development of our division by contributing to the advancement of existing and new destinations. You will play an active part in the design and execution of marketing strategies and content creation initiatives. Additionally, you will help enhance the digital city-pass experience, shaping the future of travel and tourism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Operations: Support sales and operations team on developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our destination management products (city-passes) and curate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Content Creation & Management: Assist in creating and curating content for our Destination Management Solutions platforms, including websites, apps, affiliates, and other digital and physical materials.
  • Key Projects Development: Support the development of key projects related to new products and destinations by contributing to content design and optimization.
  • Customer Service & Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, assist the customer service team to ensure smooth operations, train new agents, and help improve internal processes.
  • Data Analysis & Insights Generation: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and marketing strategies, including analyzing user feedback and customer sentiment.


Requirements:

  • Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a Master's program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and a basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Experience or willingness to learn market research techniques, data analysis, and trend identification to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about travel and tourism.
