Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the local sales strategy for Italy, aligning with global objectives to drive growth in motors, drives, and automation. You will build and coach a high‑performing sales team, secure key accounts, and steer complex negotiations while collaborating with HQ and regional management. You shape market expansion through opportunities and insights, contributing to the energy‑efficient transformation enabled by our products. This position offers global exposure, cross‑functional collaboration, and a clear impact on company performance.

- Lead, inspire, and develop the sales team with clear targets and ongoing coaching
- Drive new customer acquisition and grow business across existing and new markets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and manage complex commercial negotiations
- Monitor sales performance, order intake, and revenue; take corrective actions when needed
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs to support local expansion
- Act as main commercial interface with HQ Division and Regional Management; ensure alignment and reporting
- Collaborate with quotation, project management, and service teams for effective execution
- Serve as escalation point for critical commercial topics and customer issues
Responsabilità
- 7–10 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in electric motors, drives, or industrial automation
- Strong track record in sales strategy, business development, and key account management in industrial B2B
- Proven leadership to motivate and develop sales teams in a dynamic setting
- Solid understanding of industrial markets and commercial dynamics in motors, drives, and automation
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Italian and English; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally domestically and internationally
