Responsibilities

  • Sales and GTM Strategy: define and launch the Company multi-brand Go-To-Market strategy: ensure that sales models, particularly those for Proprietary Solutions and System Integration, are consistent with growth objectives.
  • Market Analysis: analyze the target market and competition to identify opportunities and threats: establish clear short-, medium-, and long-term sales objectives.
  • Commercial Policies: define the most effective pricing policies, commercial terms, and sales channels in line with the company's margin strategy.
  • Business Development: identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, while exploring new target markets for the Company, actively contributing to the definition and evolution of the product/solution portfolio and their strategic positioning in the market.
  • Adaptive Budgeting and Forecasting: create, implement, and manage an Adaptive Sales Budget Model. This dynamic model must be structured in an agile manner, allowing for continuous monitoring based on KPIs to adjust sales actions and the forecast month by month (via rolling forecasts).
  • Analysis and Reporting: analyze sales data and performance to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, preparing periodic strategic reports for the Steering Committee on sales performances and on forecasts.
  • Sales Force Management and Development: manage and develop teams focused on Hardware Resale and Software/System Integration Solutions, promoting continuous evolution of the sales structure in response to market dynamics.
  • Performance Management and Coaching: guide, motivate, and train the sales force to achieve objectives, set clear objectives (MBO) and constantly monitor individual and team performance.
  • Be the focal point for the integration of functions to support growth in an overall dimension of the Company, starting from the Sales and Marketing and related functions, but aiming for an integrated and exponential growth of the Company's performance as a whole.

Qualifications

  • Crucial Experience (Mandatory): proven multi-year experience in a Sales Management or Sales Leadership role, with strong and specific experience selling complex B2B Solutions and/or Software (e.g., System Integration, Digital Solutions, High-Value Consulting).
  • Financial Expertise: strong skills in creating and managing dynamic budgeting and forecasting models (Adaptive Budgeting).
  • Digital Thinking: in-depth knowledge and ability to strategically implement CRM and Sales Tech/Automation tools for pipeline management, dashboards, and overall performance.
  • Coaching and Development: strong orientation toward coaching, "Lead by Example," and the development of proprietary methodologies.
  • Nice to Have: previous knowledge of the Industrial Automation, Supply Chain, or Industry 4.0 sectors is a significant plus.
