RIF. 3300 : SALES FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER Client Multinational company, leading distributor of B2B electronics products Job Purpose Reporting directly to the CFO - EMEA (UK), the role holder will be a member of the Italian Leadership Team and serve as the voice of finance for the market. The job holder plays a fundamental role as the finance leader of the market, supporting the strategic direction and providing clear insights into performance and execution. As an individual contributor, they interpret the numbers related to market drivers in close collaboration with the Italian Sales and Management Team. Duties Develop and maintain effective relationships with relevant Italian Leadership Team colleagues, HQ Finance leadership, and other business management teams. Initiate and contribute to strategic and operational decision-making, influencing stakeholders to ensure strategy and financial targets are met. Provide senior-level financial decision support within functions and commercial insights to the Leadership Team. Act as a key communicator and collaborator between the market, finance, and commercial teams. Focus on cost and revenue optimization within the market and functions. Monitor business opportunities and risks vigilantly. Serve as the single point of resolution for finance issues for the market and regional teams, actively interacting with the Centre of Expertise and other finance groups. Possess a strong understanding of the business and market to support effective investment decisions and prioritization in a multi-channel environment. Provide commercial and digital conscience across functional and finance teams. Develop and deliver a consistent suite of management accounts, including segmentation of sales channels and linkages such as gross margin and customer numbers. Constructively challenge market and functional plans and proposals, offering perspectives and insights. Be responsible for market planning, budgeting, and re-forecasting from both cost and revenue perspectives. Proactively propose actions to meet and exceed performance targets. Manage the Income Statement and Market Profitability. The position will have a contractual framework as a Quadro Requirements Degree in Economics or a related field Experience in an international organization with good cultural awareness Background in companies within a matrix-based international structure with complex products and channels Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, or equivalent) Ability to build effective relationships within the leadership team constructively and supportively Demonstrates commercial expertise and financial knowledge in a digitally enabled company SAP proficiency and excellent IT skills for Finance Fluent in English, both spoken and written Location Immediate eastern outskirts of Milan #J-18808-Ljbffr
