Sales Executive – Naples, Italy (Job Ref: 26I/TXNP)
Randox is a world leader in diagnostics for clinical healthcare, toxicology, and food security. Randox Toxicology and Food Diagnostics aims to minimise laboratory workflow constraints while maximising quality drug detection and ensuring food safety across Italy’s market.
Location: Naples, Italy – field based sales role with regular travel throughout central Italy.
Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent.
Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:40–17:20.
What does the Sales Executive role involve?
This role is responsible for sales and promotion of Randox Toxicology and Food Diagnostics products across various industries, expanding business with existing customers and winning new business. The successful applicant will:
- Contribute to the company’s overall growth and profitability by developing and maintaining customers, providing high-level support and service as a salesperson.
- Identify and develop customer relations in currently unrepresented areas.
- Prepare sales reports and projections.
- Manage key accounts.
- Conduct market research into potential business opportunities for new and existing Randox product lines.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and competitor awareness.
- Identify potential distributor partners and manage those relationships.
- Travel regularly to visit existing and potential customers within the region.
Who can apply?
- Qualified to at least degree level in a life science, business or other scientific discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales role.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Experience in setting and achieving targets.
- Stable CV showing progression or demonstrable achievements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- A valid driving licence.
- Right to work in Italy.
- Previous sales experience within life science, biotech or medical/Pharma sectors.
- Experience selling to ICU, ER, laboratories.
- Experience selling medical devices.
- Proven track record in customer relationship management.
- Proactive approach and self‑starting spirit in market challenges.
