Role Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our growing team for Italy. This is a genuine t opportunity with a stable monthly base compensation plus a competitive commission structure, designed to reward results while offering financial reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact local Italian companies to present CCS’s mental health services.
- Engage with HR leaders and decision makers to assess needs and schedule meetings.
- Work closely with our Sales Director and Italy Regional Coordinator for onboarding, strategy, and support.
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales activity and progress.
- Support clients with high standards of professionalism and service quality.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated business-to-business sales experience in HR, healthcare, consultancy, or related fields.
- Native-level Polish and professional English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Commitment to ethical, customer-focused sales practices.
- Legally authorized to work in Italy.
