Job Description
We are looking for a consumer goods focused, commercially aware and analytical savvy individual based in Milan who loves to work with people to develop tools and processes and drive commercial initiatives.

Please note This position will be based in our LEGO® Sales Office in Milan, and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

Core Responsibilities


  • Take the lead of the team on Business Performance Review, Sales Account Review, Demand Review
  • Analyze and drive insights on sales and market data to drive strategic decisions and help steering day by day Omnichannel business
  • Give recommendations and oversee novelty launches and displays across Customer/Channels
  • Drive sales tools, systems, and data analytics agenda
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance cross-department collaboration and planning
  • Lead the Omnichannel Trade Investment governance and give recommendations on investment effectiveness
  • Oversee promotional plans across customers and channels and help driving findings and giving new directions
  • Prepare performance reports and present findings to senior management
  • Management of in/out customers

The LEGO Group’s Omnichannel Sales team in Italy is a cohesive and dynamic team, representing 60% of the Italy Consumer Sales and 90%+ of the Italian Customers. This means that we have a great responsibility to build accurate and ambitious plans and deliver long-term mutual value with our Customer in order to meet the Business Unit goals.
The Sales & Execution Manager plays a key role in delivering Omnichannel Sales sustainable growth by supporting the Channel Director in ensuring accurate plans are in place, monitoring results and steering the business and making sure processes and tools are well used to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team and resources.
Do You Have What It Takes

  • Solid experience in Sales operations, Sales analysis or revenue management roles, in FMCG/CPG companies
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work on details while still seeing the big picture, ability to communicate data effectively
  • Excellent oral and written communication towards collaborators of all levels of seniority
  • A teammate with a challenger spirit – you are driven by the desire to bring value to the company and inspire change where needed
  • Well organized and at ease with processes
  • Proficiency in the use of tools and MS Office, especially Excel and preferably PowerBI
  • Proficiency in Italian and English both written and spoken
