Sales & Events Executive

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Events Executive to support the development of the Italian market and manage the sales and execution of small, high-end events — delivering excellence, client satisfaction, and strong commercial results.

About the Role

• Develop the Italian market across all segments (corporate, leisure, small groups, local associations), identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into successful contracts.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of direct clients, local agencies, and partners, building long-lasting and trusted relationships.
• Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate the operational delivery of small events such as corporate dinners, product launches, and private celebrations.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure flawless event execution and uphold the highest Corinthia standards.
• Promote additional services (F&B, room upgrades, meeting spaces) and contribute to achieving revenue targets for the Italian market.
• Keep the CRM up to date and support the Director of Sales with reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

About You

• Education : Degree in hospitality, economics, tourism, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Sales or Events roles within the hospitality industry; experience in managing small events is a plus.
• Technical skills : Proficient in CRM systems (Opera Sales/CRM, Salesforce), advanced Excel, and a solid understanding of hotel pricing dynamics.
• Languages : Native Italian speaker with fluent English; an additional European language is an advantage.
• Soft skills : Strong commercial mindset, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, attention to detail, organizational precision, and the ability to perform under pressure.
