About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Sales & Events Coordinator to join our Sales Team! This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and enjoys building relationships, coordinating exceptional events, and supporting commercial success.

The Sales & Events Coordinator will support the Sales & Marketing Director and the Events Manager creating and updating databases, replying to guests' requests as per Hyatt's policies. Collaborates with the Events Manager whenever necessary and administrative activities. He/She will create relationships and take care of client communication while ensuring an elevated level of service aligned with Thompson and Hyatt standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales & Events team in handling corporate, leisure, and group enquiries
  • Coordinate event logistics and client communication from inquiry to execution
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, event orders, and follow-up documentation
  • Maintain and update sales systems, databases, and reporting tools
  • Assist in site inspections, client meetings, and hotel presentations
  • Build strong relationships with guests, agencies, and business partners
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Revenue, F&B, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Support the organization of promotional events, trade fairs, and networking activities
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum experience in Sales, Events, or Hospitality operations within luxury hotels
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are considered a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and attention to detail

Salary:

Starting from Level 4 CCNL + superminimo assorbibile
